Advancing Precision Cancer Care Through Multidisciplinary Collaboration
May 1, 2027
Advancing the Diagnostic-to-Treatment Continuum in Cancer Care –
Atlanta
Atlanta brings together leading experts from across oncology, hematology, pathology, molecular diagnostics, and translational science for a multidisciplinary conference focused on the discoveries and clinical advances shaping the future of precision cancer care.
The program is co-chaired by Debora Bruno, MD, MS, thoracic medical oncologist and Medical Director of Clinical Research at City of Hope Cancer Center Atlanta; Priya Rudolph, MD, PhD, a board-certified hematologist and medical oncologist with Georgia Cancer Specialists whose practice spans both solid tumors and hematologic malignancies; and Ticiana Leal, MD, Professor and Director of the Thoracic Medical Oncology Program and Medical Director of the Clinical Trials Office at Winship Cancer Institute of Emory University. Together, their complementary expertise reflects the multidisciplinary approach at the heart of the conference.
Through expert-led presentations, case-based education, and collaborative panel discussions, the program will explore evolving approaches across thoracic, breast, genitourinary, gastrointestinal, and hematologic oncology, while examining how advances in pathology and molecular diagnostics are increasingly influencing treatment selection and patient management.
Participants will gain practical insights into biomarker testing, molecular and genomic profiling, targeted therapies, immunotherapy, liquid biopsy, measurable residual disease (MRD), emerging treatment strategies, clinical research, and evolving standards of care – with an emphasis on connecting rapidly changing science to meaningful clinical decisions.
By bringing together the professionals responsible for diagnosis, molecular characterization, research, and treatment, the Atlanta conference creates a shared forum for examining cancer care from multiple perspectives – connecting diagnostic insight with therapeutic action across the full diagnostic-to-treatment continuum.
Where expertise converges, disciplines connect, and precision cancer care moves forward.
